    FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

    An Africa tech & innovation specialist with 10 years' experience working at the intersection of tech and social enterprise both in the UK and Africa. She is passionate about the potential of technology to drive sustainable development in Africa.

    Stav Bar-Shany

    HEAD OF IMPACT & ENGAGEMENT

    Stav is a Technology in Emerging Markets specialist and a strategist for organizations looking to use innovation to drive sustainable growth.
    She is also the co-Founder of IsraelDev Network- an entrepreneurial community of over 3000 professionals working to harness Israeli innovation for solving challenges in developing markets.

    Gosbert Chagula

    ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAMMES DIRECTOR

    A communications coach, innovation trainer and facilitator with extensive experience designing & delivering programmes to support organisations, young people and entrepreneurs to increase their impact.

    Serah Lister

    OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

    An entrepreneur, business mentor and life coach who has worked extensively to inspire women and young people across the globe to reach their full potential. Prior to that she held c-level roles at global companies including GSMA & Prudential

    Liliana Biglou

    ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

    Liliana has 25 years of experience leading country and regional level operations for the British Council overseas.

    She has spent 10 years in sub-Saharan Africa, including Malawi, Kenya and Ghana and has working experience of Uganda and Mauritius. The focus of her work has been on youth empowerment and creating opportunities for disadvantaged young people through education, entrepreneurship and innovation.

    Jean-Paul Melaga

    ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

    Jean-Paul is the Founder & CEO of Whitestone Finance. Prior to that he was the Head of Africa at the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and Head of Francophone Africa at Renaissance Capital. Jean-Paul started his career as FIG M&A analyst with Lehman Brothers.
